When a homeowner has a design dilemma, needs an objective opinion, or guided through a concrete plan, we are there to help.  LHi can provide you with onsite ideas in a 2-3 hour meeting which could include:  suggestions for furniture placement, color selection, built-ins, flooring, window treatments, fabric options, new home construction and renovations.

Colour Consult

You love everything you have, or can’t update just now, but you’d like some new paint on the walls!  We love talking about paint colours so give us a shout and we’ll whip up a new palette you’ll be excited about.  Get out the paint brush yourself, or we can suggest someone great. $165 (about an hour)

A la Carte Hourly

When you need advice and would love some personalized help but not a full project, the a la carte hourly option might work best for you! Set up as an on-going fee through-out a project or in packages of 5-10 hours at a time. Project fee/hr $175

If you’re getting ready for company or tired after a long renovation, sometimes there’s just one room that you’d love some help finishing.  If you need a room to be ushered into the next season of life, we’re happy to help.

Tier #1 - DIY Penny Pincher. We’ll work with you to create a specific custom plan, and you see it through. $925

Paint consultation -  Furniture  selections and floor plan-  Window treatment selections  -  Lighting plan  -  Flooring options etc..

Tier #2 Full Service Option $3925

 Wall treatment (paint, paper etc..)  -  Furniture Selections  -  Window Treatment Selections  -  Flooring  -  Lighting Plan  - Placing orders, processing,  - Site check ins with tradesmen  -  Personal shopping trips for accessories etc..                                                               

   *single room fees excludes larger living spaces, kitchens and bathrooms

New Home Construction Guide

Building a new house is an exciting adventure but it can also be daunting when you have to make a ton of decisions quickly.  If you need someone to walk alongside as you work through the process with your builder, we can do that.   I am happy to help you sort through the best options for each step and provide secrets to get the best bang for your building buck!  This should be a totally fun experience, not totally stressful!

Tier #1 - Floor plan advice, vendor appointments for material and surface selections, site drop ins and overall style direction and guidance as all of those decisions are quickly being made. $1975

Tier #2 - All the above, plus furniture layouts for existing and new furniture purchases.  New furniture selections, art pieces, and accessories for a select number of rooms.   Personal shopping trips and site drop ins. $4575
